The process starts with the registration of the polished diamond. Here in this process machine allows you to enter the other details of the polished diamond like Stone ID, Diameter, Weight ETC. after the successful registration Smart-i¹⁵ generates a unique ID for the polished diamond.

When a returned polished diamond basically undergoes to a verification process, through registration ID smart software of Smart-i¹⁵ decides whether the polished diamond is the same as the one registered or not. The process takes hardly few seconds.

Identification function is designed to identity the returned polished diamond from the database of all registered diamonds. The unique thing about this process is it can be done without needing “Registration ID”. Moreover Identification can be done at any point of time after the registration process.

You don’t need to worry about the duplication in the registration of the polished rough diamonds as Smart-i¹⁵ is designed intelligently to check duplication of data. Moreover if same diamond is registered with two different registration id , then Smart-i¹⁵ will notify you straight away about that fact.
